- Monitor and troubleshoot telecoms issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Provide technical support to end-users within the agreed service level
- Implement add, moves and changes on VoIP phone systems
- Troubleshoot broadband and ethernet connectivity issues
- End user mobile support encompassing mobile tariff changes and SIM swaps
- Proven experience in provisioning and supporting telecoms services, including VoIP, broadband, and mobile (Gamma Horizon, BT One Phone, Vodafone and O2)
- Experience configuring broadband routers (Technicolor and Draytek)
- Strong knowledge of telecoms infrastructure and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
