A large multinational business is looking for a personable and driven Mobile Device Administrator with proven mobile device management experience to join its expanding team based in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Please note this is an office-based role and therefore the chosen candidate is required to be in the office 5 days per week.? As the Mobile Device Administrator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of telecommunications & network, providing a proactive support service for 2,000 mobile devices and fixed-line telephony systems. You will be responsible for mobile and fixed telephony administration, including configuring devices and MDM system management.

As the Mobile Device Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring devices and maintaining master asset inventory. The successful candidate will also be responsible for invoice and budget management. You will liaise with 3 rd party vendors to troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and roll out new mobile services.This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Telephony/Mobile Device Administrator to join a highly successful company that offers a clearly defined career path.
