An exciting opportunity has come up for an ambitious and driven Dispute Resolution Solicitor for my Hertfordshire based client.

Working for this long-established regional firm, the role requires someone experienced in a variety of dispute resolution matters. With a heavy emphasis on property matters and a ready-built caseload, the work includes:

  • Residential and Commercial Landlord & Tenant Disputes
  • General contract disputes
  • Commercial forfeiture and dilapidation claims

Additionally, experience of probate disputes and inheritance tax claims would be nice to have.

The successful candidate will:

  • A Grade A Solicitor - upwards of 8 years PQE
  • Excellent knowledge of residential and commercial leases
  • Driven to help grow the Dispute Resolution team and be involved in client development
  • Advocacy experience for remote hearings and effectively briefing counsel for in-person hearings
