Role

My Client is redefining home interiors with a fresh, innovative approach to furniture. As theyexpand, we're looking for a Logistics & Planning Assistant to support thier planning &Operations Teams — ensuring smooth stock management and exceptional customerexperience.

Responsibilities

  • Stock Planning
  • Manage orders for stock, materials and MTO sales within the Companies Supply Chain
  • Track and monitor all movements of stock using the stock management system
  • Arrange picking activity for the warehouse operatives and collections of smaller parcels
  • Maintain accuracy of stock levels and customer availability within the warehouse
  • Manage the receipt, reprocessing and clearance of customer returns
  • Home Delivery & Customer Service
  • Plan and manage transfer of MTO stock from UK production to home delivery providers
  • Update and maintain the home delivery system with customer orders
  • Arrange home service support from 3rd parties for product issues in customers’ homes
  • Assist with planning showroom logistics, events, and photoshoots as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent excel skills (essential)
  • Highly numerate with the ability to analyse and understand data
  • A problem-solver who enjoys working independently and taking initiative
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage in a professional manner
  • A start-up mindset - adaptable, resourceful, and proactive
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence (ideal)
  • Comfortable with physical handling of large furniture items
  • Passion for design and interiors is a plus.
