We are looking for an experienced nurse, with previous care home experience, that can demonstrate empathy, and deliver person centred care with compassion. Our nurses are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home, delivering the highest quality support and care.

Our nurses work as clinical practitioners within the home supporting the care team, providing clinical training to staff and assessing their competencies. This will involve you developing clinical procedures and protocols and support us with our desire for evidenced based care in our home.

You will be expected to role model best practise and inspire and mentor junior staff to achieve their potential, and you will support the general manager with producing rotas.
