My client is an established organisation currently looking for a part time HR Officer to join their friend team is Cheshunt.
Reporting directly to the Department Director you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Managing the recruitment process
- Setting up and sending out employment contracts
- Dealing with all starters and leavers
- Processing payroll
- Provide updates and ensure compliance with professional standards
- Ensure employment law, HR policies and procedures are applied correctly
- Control the performance review programme to deliver continuous employee development
For this role you will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified and able to work from the office. The client is offering 8 hours per week. HR experience is a must.
