My established client based in Cheshunt is currently recruiting Sales Administrators to join their friendly team.

The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working and customer-focused, who loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and web chat.
  • Converting warm leads into sales through a direct sales approach.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our offering, pricing and availability.
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
  • Data validation across multiple platforms.
