JGA are delighted to be working with a successful business looking to add a Payroll Administrator to its team.  Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring that all payroll information is entered and administered correctly and accurately reflected in the payroll system.
  • Creating and sending large volumes of invoices to recruitment agencies.
  • Performing ad-hoc payroll requests as and when required.
  • Supporting management with high level queries and escalations.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Has a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Skills & experience required:
  • Experience with dealing with high volume payroll.
  • My Digital (MDA) payroll software experience ideal but not essential.
  • Proven background in managing end-to-end payroll processes.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of payroll-related legislation, tax compliance, and reward policies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of accuracy in managing payroll data.
  • Problem solving skills.
