Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Potters Bar
About the School:
A lovely primary school I'm working are looking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work every Monday 8:30am-3:30pm (immediate start). The successful applicant will take on the role of supporting the children with their learning, developing their independence and nurturing them to become confident and self-motivated learners.
The successful candidate will be reliable, enthusiastic and committed to children's learning. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative, have excellent behaviour management skills and a flexible approach to their work. We are also looking to increase the diversity of our team.

Salary: £100 - £110 a day
