We are looking for Administrators for a permanent position in Hertfordshire to start immediately.
Hours: 40h, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (office based)
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a nationwide Construction based Contractor with a vast Social Housing Portfolio. The company have display an excellent path of career progression.
The job role:
- Data input to ensure relevant compliance is adhered to
- Take inbound calls from Tenants and Engineers
- Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time
- Plan work efficiently and effectively.
Experience Required:
- Competent on multiple Outlook platforms (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Competent answering phone calls
- Ability to prioritise the workload effectively and work to deadlines
- Organised, strong admin skills and excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in the Social Housing sector is desirable but not essential
