Job Title: HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver
Location: Felton, Bristol
Employment Type: Temporary, Temp to Perm available
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Tramping. X4 nights away per week
Salary: £17.93ph including holiday pay plus night out rate
MDE Group UK LTD are recruiting for temp to perm HGV Class 1 Tramper Drivers to join our clients established team based in the Felton area.
Job Description:
- Class 1, General haulage mainly with some supermarket deliveries (Ambient)
- Curtainsider work
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of tacho use and working time
- Daily vehicle checks ensuring any issues are reported immediately
- Load security is paramount to this role.
- Good customer service and communication are essential as well as making sure delivery notes are uploaded and site kept updated on progress/issues
- Assessment prior to offer of work but immediate starts available.
Qualifications
- UK HGV Class 1 Licence with 6 months experience required
- Max 6 points with no major endorsements (DD/DG/DR/IN/TT/CD/UT)
- Valid Tacho
- Valid CPC
