MDE Consultants are looking for a Transport Administrator four our logistics client based in Weston-Super-Mare

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience in transport administration? We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced team and help ensure the smooth running of our daily transport operations.

Job Details for Transport Administrator: 

  • Monday - Friday
  • 08:00am - 16:00pm 
  • Wednesdays 07:00am - 15:00pm 
  • £12.21ph (Plus holiday pay = £13.68ph)

 

What You’ll Be Doing as a Transport Administrator:

  • Managing daily transport operations and fleet scheduling.
  • Handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and updating compliance documentation.
  • Processing driver timesheets and PODs.
  • Liaising with drivers on a daily basis to ensure efficiency.
  • Calling warm leads for business, and making a small amount of sales calls.

 

What We Require from a Transport Administrator:

  • Transport administration experience.(Preferred but not essential)
  • Knowledge of UK transport regulations. (Preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transport management systems.
