We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator to work for a thriving M&E contractor in Poulton le Fylde. This role offers a great opportunity to progressto an Estimating Manager with full support from a friendly team!

The Role
- Work with the bid team to identify & implement bid winning strategies
- Prepare each tender accurately & consistently to future proof against risks etc.
- Keep relevant stakeholders informed of progress against programme
- Review estimates and work with the procurement team to prepare subcontract enquiries.
- Assess quotationstoselect the most appropriate.
- Ensure clear communication so thatthat successful bids are handed over to operational teamwith full, relevant details.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar estimating role within MEP / Building services
- The desire to progress to a managerial level or managerial experience
- Mechanically biased
