Your new role
My client are seeking an experienced and motivated Freelance Site Manager to oversee their residential development project in Blackpool. This role is crucial to ensuring the successful delivery of the project, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor project progress and report to senior management.Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in project management software.Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certification, First Aid
