We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Attendance Officer to join an SEMH school in Poulton-Le-Fylde. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance, making home visits, and promoting a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record student attendance.Identify and address patterns of non-attendance.Make home visits to improve student attendance.Work closely with families, carers, and external agencies.Maintain accurate attendance records and reports.Implement strategies to improve overall attendance rates.

Requirements:
