Residential Property Valuer | South Shore, Blackpool and Poulton-Le-Fylde| Full Time | £25,000-£30,000 basic, with OTE earnings of up to £40,000, based on performance

We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Valuer to join our team at our Poulton Le Fylde office, with the flexibility to cover both our Poulton Le Fylde and Blackpool branches as needed.

Are you the right person for us?

• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
• Experience carrying out property valuations, or a strong desire to progress into a valuer role
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to provide accurate valuations and research
• Ability to travel between both branches in Blackpool and Poulton Le Fylde

What will your role as a Residential Property Valuer look like?

• Carry out comprehensive market appraisals/valuations for residential properties across both branches
• Undertake research on the local property market to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing
• Take professional photographs, create floor plans, and manage virtual tours for all properties being valued
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry legislation and local market trends
