The working hours are designed to be flexible to meet both your needs and those of the children and the nursery. Specific hours will be arranged in consultation with the Nursery Manager to ensure they align with the operational requirements of the nursery and accommodate personal circumstances. This arrangement will be discussed and agreed upon with the Nursery Manager to find a mutually beneficial schedule.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification (or equivalent)
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An understanding of child development and early years education principles

What will your role look like?

  • Plan and implement educational activities that promote children’s development
  • Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Observe and record children’s progress, ensuring their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with a team to maintain a high standard of care
