Description
- Accurately process supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Maintain up-to-date and precise financial records
- Handle supplier queries regarding payments
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare payment runs
- Assist with month-end closing
- Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
