Position:Quality Assurance Lead
Location:Bromborough
Salary:£30,000p/a
HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join a dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Skills and requirements:
- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.?
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.?
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.?
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.?
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.?
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.?
- Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.?
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Preferred experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.?
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.?
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.?
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.?
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.?
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.?
