Job Description

Position:Quality Assurance Lead

Location:Bromborough

Salary:£30,000p/a

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join a dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Skills and requirements:

  • Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.?
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.?
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.?
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.?
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.?
  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.?
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.?
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Preferred experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.?
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.?
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.?
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.?
