We need a passionate and ambitious experienced Sous Chef preferably located from Merseyside to join and lead the team serving amazing produce, premiumcuisine. As Sous Chef you will work in a top of the range kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent standards. If you enjoy being part of a strong independent company with a passion for amazing cuisine then this will be the right opportunity for you.

As Sous Chef responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Preparing and cook fresh local food for restaurant and functions
  • Ordering and maintaining stock levels
  • Managing and training any chef de parties working with yo

The Sous Chef Requirements :

  • Already working as Sous Chef in a fresh food environment with minimum 12 months experience
  • NVQ2 or College Qualified
  • Enthusiastic with positive attitude and keen to learn.
  • Ideal role for someone looking to learn in a busy environment from talented head chef
  • 40hrs + hours weekly

The Ideal Sous chef should be:

  • Passionate about food and continually pushing standards
  • A team player with an outgoing and self starter attitude
  • Enthusiastic about exceeding expectations through delicious food, working alongside the front of house team to deliver great customer service.
  • A keen eye for detail to deliver excellent standards in every dish served.
