  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • High level negotiation skills
  • Working with and speaking to decision makers and building a professional relationship
  • Working to and achieving sales targets
  • Ability to think innovatively and constantly challenge - striving for commercial success at all times
  • Polished written, telephone, and face-to-face communication skills
  • Representing the brand in a professional and positive manner
  • Learning about the company and what we offer our clients to ensure you are a knowledgeable BDM
  • Negotiating with potential clients
  • Build a healthy pipeline to ensure you are always exceeding your targets
