- Ability to think innovatively and constantly challenge - striving for commercial success at all times
- Polished written, telephone, and face-to-face communication skills
- Representing the brand in a professional and positive manner
- Learning about the company and what we offer our clients to ensure you are a knowledgeable BDM
- Negotiating with potential clients
- Build a healthy pipeline to ensure you are always exceeding your targets

- A proven history in developing customer relationships
- Energetic and passionate about delivering improvement and exceptional customer service
- A dedicated team player
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
