Marketing Manager

Position: Marketing ManagerLocation: BirkenheadSalary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Please note: You must be based locally to Birkenhead and happy to commute to the office. The role can have flex but given the amazing culture they have created, they are looking for someone who can come into the office.

About the role:We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of this thriving brand. You will take a digital-first approach and lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including events, social media, influencer collaborations, paid social, and store activations. You will also support the ecommerce team in optimizing online strategies to drive traffic and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wellness or health and beauty sectors, though this is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive conversions, covering all aspects of marketing, including social media, influencer partnerships, PR, events, and retail marketing.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with the Ecomm, Sales, NPD, and Operations teams to provide marketing support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, agencies, and other third parties.
• Track and report on the performance and impact of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in leading and engaging a marketing team, with minimum 5 years' experience
• eCommerce experience is highly advantageous due to the nature of the business
• Expertise in marketing, including brand strategy, campaign planning, creative ideation, branding, PR, and managing both online and offline channels.
• Digital marketing experience - SEO / SEM
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in effective budget management.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
