The Role:We are working with our client to find a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead their high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal to their continued success, ensuring ambitious sales targets are met, team morale remains high, and a data-driven approach to decision-making is implemented. Reporting directly to the business Owner, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring and managing the sales team while driving strategic initiatives to sustain the company’s impressive growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to sales strategy, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the business Owner to align sales operations with broader company goals.
  • Create and maintain a high-energy, positive, and motivational work environment.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to sales staff, helping them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure structured sales processes and best practices are followed across the team.

  • Regularly report on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise overall business performance.
