Estimator (Training into Renewable Energy)Birkenhead£45,000 - £60,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Training + Progression Are you an experienced Estimator from the Construction or Engineering sector? Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding company and transition over to the Renewable Energy sector that encourage training and development opportunities?This company work hard to assist their customer base with improving the energy efficiency for their homes and businesses. They offer a variety of services, including solar panel and air source heat pump installation and insulation work, with a focus on reducing carbon emissions and combatting fuel poverty in the UK. The company holds several important accreditations that demonstrate its competence and commitment to the quality of their work. They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Estimator to assist with their expected growth.In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for mostly domestic projects by analysing drawings and specifications. You will work closely with Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure necessary information is communicated and gathered for accurate estimations. You will prepare reports and presentations summarising estimated costs for review and assist the development of project budgets and financial forecasts.The ideal candidate should hold experience within Estimating and come from a construction, engineering or renewable energy background.This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual to transition over to a fast and developing industry, with on-the-job training that will take their career to the next level.
