Due to incredible business growth we are EXCLUSIVELY recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance processes, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for ensuring the highest quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.

Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.

Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.

Monitor and report on key quality metrics and performance indicators.

Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
