Randstad Education is collaborating with a primary school in Birkenhead, Wirral, to find a dedicated Level 3 Early Years/Childcare Qualified Teaching Assistant. This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a nurturing learning environment, working five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality education to Early Years pupils.
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote learning and development.
- Ensure classroom ratios are maintained in accordance with guidelines.
- Foster a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Help monitor children's progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Competitive pay at £95 per day.
