Description
- Lead financial planning and budgeting processes within the department.
- Analyse financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work alongside senior management to formulate the company's future direction and support tactical initiatives.
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
- Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments.
- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced.
- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems and implement operational best practices.
Profile
A successful Financial Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a finance role
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of econometric modelling and financial planning.
- Exemplary leadership abilities, capable of managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial colleagues.
