Finance Business Partner | Wirral | £55,000 - £65,000

Resourcery Group are recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence within a growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to various business units, while actively engaging in change management and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business units, collaborating to drive financial performance and operational efficiency
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key decision-making processes
• Lead and support ERP implementation and system optimization projects
• Drive change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT systems that enhance finance processes
• Serve as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities
• Collaborating with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support
• Analysing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making processes
• Leading and supporting ERP implementation and system optimization projects
• Driving change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organization
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT systems that enhance finance processes
• Ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools as a systems accountant
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities

Candidate profile;

• Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and forecasting
• Expertise in IT systems with the ability to drive system enhancements and optimizations
• Strong knowledge of change and transformation initiatives, coupled with change management experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units
• Proven experience as a systems accountant, ensuring the integrity and functionality of financial systems and tools
