Finance Business Partner (Repairs) | Social Housing | Permanent

Castlefield are working exclusively with a North West based Housing Association to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their team on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working and other excellent benefits.

Duties:

  • Business Partner Heads of Service and Manager in specific business area to ensure they have support with forecasting, budgets and management accounts
  • Deliver accurate and timely management accounts and programme reporting in line with reporting timetable in relation to the area of responsibility
  • Manage budget setting for all expenditure streams and support cost allocation on the statutory accounts
  • Oversee the management and maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register for the Group
  • Support the collation and reporting of the financial planning information for the capital investment spend for the Group beyond the Year 1 budget
  • Run financial models, scenario planning, business cases and costings, including option appraisals to support expansion, bids and tenders, service development, acquisition or divestment.

The successful candidate:

  • R&M Experience in Social Housing - essential
  • Managerial experience
  • Significant experience of effective business partnering
