Bodyshop Manager Basic £45,000OTE - £55,000Accident Repair Centre - Merseyside 

C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Bodyshop Manager to join a busy and well established business in Merseyside.

This role will be to manage and run the overall operations for this site.

Bodyshop Manager Role Overview•    Manage activities of the production/workshop operations to ensure efficient work scheduling•    Monitor individual productive performance to minimise non-productive time.•    In-depth understanding of Vehicle Paint & Body repair along with strong organisational and people skills are essential.•    Implement/manage work processes to ensure quality/service levels meet or exceed expectations•    Allocate work according to skill levels to optimise workshop efficiency•    Use of in house systems –(equivalent of Kerridge)•    Raising job cards/invoicing jobs.

Bodyshop Manager  Requirements:•    Experience as a Bodyshop Manager.•    5+ Years working within ARC/Bodyshop’s.•    Proven track record.•    Stable Career history.
