What skills should you have?
- A positive and driven attitude & a keen desire to positively impact students learning journey
- A strong classroom presence and confidence in managing behaviour, keeping classes on track with lesson plans
- Calmness and positivity when faced with challenging situations, adaptability to cover a range of subjects
What will my responsibilities be?
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons plans across a range of different subjects and age groups, covering KS3 and KS4
- Upholding the schools behaviour policy and ensuring you maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Keeping students engaged and on task, offering additional support where necessary
