Their mission is to drive positive change through their unique methodology, using a range of expertise and specialisms. Your new roleMy client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their CEO, who is one of the founders of the business. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires the ability to work independently, think commercially and become a strategic partner to the CEO. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO and occasionally for the Strategic Director, Mandy.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
- Help produce content for the CEO, manage the LinkedIn profile, and support in arranging meetings and conversation openers.
- Support at board meetings, take minutes, and hold team members accountable for their commitments.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support the CEO's decision-making process.
- Assist with meeting packs, project support, and working alongside tenders and contracts.
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Initiative, commercial mindset, and the ability to think outside the box
- Commercial experience desired

Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM
- 37.5 hours per week
