Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Personal Injury Solicitor/FILEXAre you an ambitious and skilled RTA Solicitor/FILEX with a passion for handling a diverse caseload? Due to the continued growth and success of our client’s Personal Injury department, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a driven professional to join their team. This is the perfect role for someone with the right experience looking to take the next step in their career.As an RTA Solicitor/FILEX, you will work alongside a highly experienced team, handling a range of cases across Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers’ Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL), with exposure to both fast track and multi-track matters. The firm offers a supportive and dynamic environment, providing you with the resources, training, and opportunities to develop your career as the department continues to grow.Key Requirements:
  • 2+ years PQE in Claimant Personal Injury work, with experience in RTA, EL, and PL cases.
  • Proven track record of managing a litigated caseload from start to finish, with particular experience handling fast track matters and exposure to multi-track work.
  • Strong experience in liaising with courts, barristers, and experts as well as instructing counsel and managing case preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and service providers.
  • Sales skills to persuade prospective clients and demonstrate the benefits of instructing the firm.
  • Exceptional case valuation skills, ensuring cases are valued accurately and effectively.
  • High level of organisation, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work independently, managing files efficiently.
  • A commercial attitude, demonstrating sound financial management of files and caseloads.
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to use case management systems effectively.
