Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to keep things running smoothly.
  • Prepare and generate insightful reports related to sales activities.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative processes that improve overall efficiency.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, especially in sales and customer account management.
  • Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that shine through in every interaction.
  • A proactive and independent work ethic that drives success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus!
