Position: Graphic Designer Location: BirkenheadSalary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

About the role:We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer on behalf of this thriving business. If you have experience turning briefs into impactful visuals, especially across on-pack designs, in-store displays, and digital marketing assets, this role could be a perfect fit. You'll collaborate with the wider creative and marketing teams to ensure all designs are not only visually striking but also aligned with brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling on-pack designs that capture attention and drive engagement in-store.
Develop in-store materials, including POS (point of sale) designs and signage that enhance the consumer experience.
Work closely with the marketing team to produce digital assets for web, social media, and other online platforms.
Interpret and execute design briefs to bring product visions to life in a creative and practical way.
Maintain brand consistency across all design work.

Requirements:

Proven experience working on on-pack designs, in-store materials, and digital assets.
Ability to take a brief and transform it into compelling, on-brand visuals.
Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, but not essential.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create eye-catching designs across different mediums.
