We are searching for a General Manager, who can manage numerous large teams and a business with many moving parts set on the beautiful Wirral peninsular.

General Manager must :
- Proven track record of success and sales growth patterns
- Has had 5 years of General manager experience
- Passion and enthusiasm for the seafood businesses
- A love of food and drink
- Sound knowledge of all current customer trends and managing the dwell time
- Mixing and managing with tourists, locals and daily business
General Manager must :
- General Restaurant Manager who applies abundance of discretionary effort
- Vast experience of high volumes of REVPASH
- General Restaurant Manager with solid leadership skills
- General Restaurant Manager with proven track records of success and sales growth
- Excellent focus on customer service and communication skills
- General manager with exceptional planning, implementing and organisational skills set
- Confident General Manager with experience of P&L control, budgeting, planning, banking, stock management and event management qualities.
