Academics works with secondary schools across The Wirral and we're looking to recruit a IT Teacher for supply roles starting this term.

Our schools have a variety of requirements from daily supply to long term cover.

As a IT Teacher working supply with Academics you'll be required to teach IT across KS3 and KS4 (for daily supply you may be required to provide general cover within other subjects). We have a high volume of day to day supply opportunities within our client schools across the Wirral along with a high demand for a longer term IT Teacher.

As a ICT Teacher working on supply with us you will need:

  • A proven track record of teaching ICT across KS3, KS4 and/or KS5.
  • To hold the relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed or BA Hons) with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status
  • To be able to teach engaging ICT lessons using you own initiative whilst having a excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Hold a current Enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for a new one through Academics (cost applied)
