We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee HR functions in the UK and across international locations. This role will focus on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leading a small HR team, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as the main contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Attend disciplinary meetings and provide expert HR advice.
- Foster an inclusive company culture, supporting engagement initiatives and monitoring employee morale.
HR Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all locations.
- Partner with management to provide guidance on performance, career development, and retention.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in each location.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and adjust company policies accordingly.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Develop HR metrics to assess employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR activities and outcomes.
- Effective management of UK employee relations, including disciplinary actions and policy implementation.
- Support HR matters in international locations.
- Lead and develop a small HR team.
- Maintain performance management and appraisal processes.
- Report on key HR metrics such as absence and turnover.
- Expertise in UK employment law and employee relations, ideally within fashion or retail.
- Proven experience in leading and developing a small team.
- Passion for continuous learning and delivering business objectives.
- Strong alignment with company values and a drive for high-performance standards.
- Team player with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification required.
