We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee HR functions in the UK and across international locations. This role will focus on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leading a small HR team, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as the main contact for employee relations matters, handling concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Attend disciplinary meetings and provide expert HR advice.
  • Foster an inclusive company culture, supporting engagement initiatives and monitoring employee morale.

HR Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives across all locations.
  • Partner with management to provide guidance on performance, career development, and retention.

Compliance & Policies:

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in each location.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and adjust company policies accordingly.

HR Metrics & Reporting:

  • Develop HR metrics to assess employee satisfaction, performance, and retention.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR activities and outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
  • Effective management of UK employee relations, including disciplinary actions and policy implementation.
  • Support HR matters in international locations.
  • Lead and develop a small HR team.
  • Maintain performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Report on key HR metrics such as absence and turnover.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
  • Expertise in UK employment law and employee relations, ideally within fashion or retail.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a small team.
  • Passion for continuous learning and delivering business objectives.
  • Strong alignment with company values and a drive for high-performance standards.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification required.
