We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your HR expertise within a leading manufacturing business. The role involves providing comprehensive HR support across the business while contributing to a wide range of HR functions.

Responsibilities

Join us as an HR Advisor and make a significant impact within our team during a crucial period. As part of the team, you will:

  • Provide essential HR support and guidance across all levels of the organization.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing mediation.
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordination and interviewing.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Manage time-sensitive HR projects and initiatives as they arise.


Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of CIPD Level 3 Qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Advisor role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage conflicts.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
