Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on diverse employee relations cases, from simple queries to complex issues, ensuring compliance with best practices and employment law.
  • Trusted HR Partner: Act as a go-to advisor for managers and employees, offering guidance on employment policies, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Data Management: Accurately maintain employee records, analyse data, and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support recruitment campaigns and the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions and positive onboarding experiences.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: CIPD Level 5 or higher
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
  • Skills: Strong ER experience, a flexible and hands-on approach, and excellent communication skills
