Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support across the organisation. You will work closely with various teams to offer guidance on HR policies, manage employee relations issues, and support the implementation of HR initiatives that align with our organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive workplace culture. 
  • Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, to ensure fair and consistent management practices. 
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and help coordinate relevant programs. 
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed. 
  • Stay up to date on employment law and HR best practices, ensuring company policies remain compliant. 

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory or similar HR role, preferably within a dynamic organisation. 
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels. 
  • Proactive problem solving approach, with a keen eye for detail. 
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
