- Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- The position requires strong knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM), total productive maintenance (TPM), and familiarity with food safety standards.
- The salary for this role is competitive, and candidates should have a minimum of several years of relevant experience to be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead the reliability and compliance strategy across the site, ensuring machinery and processes meet operational and regulatory standards.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.
*Oversee the site's compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as internal standards.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Supply Chain, to deliver results aligned with business objectives.
*Analyse maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends, implement solutions, and track the impact of improvements.
What We're Looking For:
*A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or a relevant qualification.
*Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry.
*Strong knowledge of reliability-centred maintenance (RCM) and total productive maintenance (TPM).
*Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., BRCGS) and regulatory compliance requirements.
*Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
*Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
