Operations Coordinator

Location: Bromborough- Hybrid

About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join a fast-paced and growing automotive business. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who can assist in stock management, invoicing, and CRM administration while also taking the lead on email marketing campaigns.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Stock Manager, ensuring accurate invoicing, chasing payments, and other operational tasks to assist in the day to day running of the business. Additionally, they will oversee the company’s CRM system, ensuring data is kept up to date and that buyers receive regular stock updates via email marketing when the Account Managers are on annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock & Finance Support:

  • Assist the Stock Manager with invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock and financial transactions.

CRM & Buyer Management:

  • Manage and update the company’s CRM system, ensuring buyer information is current.
  • Track and analyse buyer activity to identify engagement trends.

Email Marketing & Communication:

  • Plan, create, and send weekly stock update emails to buyers.
  • Work with the team to ensure accurate and attractive stock listings in email campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and optimize email strategies to improve response rates.

General Operations & Support:

  • Assist in streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide general support to the Stock Manager and wider team as needed.
  • Ensure excellent communication across departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in operations, administration, or stock management (preferred but not necessary)
  • Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) (preferred but not necessary)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
