Location: Wirral

Salary: £24K+

Experience in Wills is essential, and Will writing is preferable

My client is seeking an individual with experience in Will writing (ideally two years or more) who can manage a busy caseload effectively. This role is perfect for a legal assistant aiming to transition into a fee-earning position, or a recent graduate looking to gain experience in handling client instructions and drafting.

They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Will writing and estate planning
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload
  • Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients
  • High level of attention to detail

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial client consultations via video calls to take instructions on legal documents, including Wills
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients through email and telephone
  • Identifying client needs and providing tailored advice on wills and estate planning
  • Drafting simple and complex Wills using a case management system
  • Accurately maintaining client records and correspondence on our systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
