Family Solicitor – Home-Based!
A leading specialist Family Law & Childcare organisation with office locations across the country is looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and confident Family Solicitor to join its team.
The role can be almost entirely home-based (meetings at HQ once per month) and candidates from across the country are encouraged to get in touch if home working is what they need. Children’s Panel members are particularly highly sought!

You will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally circa 2 years PQE, all levels welcome to apply) and have a background in Family Law and/or Childcare/Children’s matters. You will work alongside the wider specialist team representing young people & vulnerable adults and conduct and/or defend proceedings in court or tribunals and instruct counsel as appropriate. You will be confident working with little to no supervision and have detailed working knowledge of the Children Act and other legislation, and be confident representing clients in family proceedings.
You'll be working as part of a supportive and established team with full support from junior team members and legal assistants/administrators. You'll be rewarded with a competitive salary which will be in line with your previous experience and PQE, along with full company benefits.
