- Lead and supervise fee earners in line with Lexcel, CQS, and SRA standards
- Deliver structured legal training and maintain best practice across the department
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters including AML
- Drive improvements in client service, case intake and operational efficiency
- Handle complex or sensitive property transactions as required
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with introducers and partners
- Salary up to £70,000
