QA Operations Lead (12mth FTC)

I am recruiting for a QA Operations lead, known also as QA Manager within specialist healthcare business based in North West of England. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation. For immediate start, this is 12 FTC role covering maternity and will support product manufacture so a degree of flexibility to working is required.

Purpose of the Role of QA Operations Lead(QA Manager)

  • Batch documentation review & release of non-medicinal products. Batch documentation review of medicinal products in preparation for QP release.
  • Quality support in manufacturing & packaging operations & warehouse
  • Incident and non-conformance investigation and reporting
  • Investigate customer complaints & liaise with customer
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers for issues, investigations and projects
  • Manage Change Controls and be a Quality representative on projects
  • Perform Quality Risk Assessments
  • Perform Internal Audits
  • Support Validation including developing and writing protocols and reports
  • Adhere to and suggest improvements to the Quality Management System and GMP documentation

Requirements of the QA Operations Lead(QA Manager)

  • Experience working in a QA role in Pharmaceutical, Food, FMCG
  • Knowledge of all relevant practices associated with site GMP, HACCP.
  • Knowledge of processing, production and packing methods for products
  • Good communication skills to ensure information is taken, used and given at all levels for maximum benefit to the business.
