HRGO have an exciting opportunity for experienced Mechanical Engineers to join a dynamic, growing business!

You will be responsible for providing support with projects on blue chip industrial sites across the North West and North Wales.

You will design, develop and maintain systems, implement processes to improve efficiencies, and solve practical problems.

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast paced customer led environment, have outstanding professionalism, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting mechanical activities on Blue Chip Client sites.
  • Maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery, predominantly in FMCG and pharmaceutical environments.
  • Repair of mechanical items such as motors, pumps, valves, bearings and shafts.
  • Provide mechanical engineering support to engineering project management team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years experience in a similar role within blue chip environments.
  • Recognised apprenticeship/time served in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, material properties and design principles.
  • Experience of working with manufacturing lines, pumps, motors and rotating equipment.
  • Ability to design bespoke solutions for the client or needs of a Project Manager.
