Desian education are supporting a GOOD WirralPrimary school who are seeking a passionateKS1 Teacher. The school will consider ECT's and experienced teachers. This position will be starting after the February half term (Or as soon as possible) and will be for the remainder of the academic year. The teacher would be joining the school to support the pupils through an important stage of their education. The successful candidate will need to have a strong commitment to academic excellence and a nurturing approach to pupil well-being. You will be supported by the senior leadership team and colleagues in the school.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons
- Assessing, monitoring, and supporting the progress of all pupils to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that fosters curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning.
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a cohesive and enriched curriculum.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers to support learning and development.
